Every child has something to say. Musical theater teaches them to say it out loud.

My Best Music Academy brings real stage training to Academy of Scholars. Students learn the three parts of musical theater — acting, singing, and movement — and put them together the way real performers do. No experience needed. We start where your child is and build from there.

By the end of the session, students will not just know how to perform. They will know how to walk into a room and own it.

What students will learn

• Singing for the stage — how to project, breathe, and tell a story
• Acting basics: character, purpose, and honest expression
• Choreography and stage movement
• Working as a group — listening, timing, and trusting each other
• Confidence for auditions and performances

Class details

• Ages: PreK through 5th grade
• Day: Thursdays
• Time: 4:00 – 5:00 PM
• Starts: Week of August 17, 2026
• Instructor: Ms. Laurencia
• Tuition: $245 for the full session
• Location: On campus at Academy of Scholars
• Policy: No make-up classes. Tuition is non-refundable.
