Educating and Inspiring Young People to Embrace Their Unique Genius to Become Allies for Social Justice, Social Unity, & Social Equality

A program designed to mentor and coach young people to become agents of social change. We teach young people and their families how to actively and consistently review their social conditioning, behaviors, beliefs, and actions that are not aligned with the values of inclusion, diversity, & equity. In doing this, young people gain tools to become authentic allies for social justice, unity, and equity.

OUR METHODS

1. We encourage and expose full acceptance of self and others
2. We build an intentional community where young people can build healthy and authentic relationships across differences
3. We teach and practice honoring and exploring one’s culture and the culture of others
4. We address misconceptions that divide the community of humanity and facilitate healing
5. We provide young people with the tools to become leaders of a fair and just global society that values and honors all
6. We inspire young people to use their unique genius, inner power, and authority to create dural social change.
