1. Overview

Welcome to My Best Music Academy, My Best Voice, and iSing Mastery (“we,” “our,” “us”).

By enrolling in our lessons, coaching programs, or online courses, or by visiting any of our websites — www.mybestmusicacademy.com, www.mybestvoice.co, or www.isingmastery.com — you agree to follow the terms described below.

Please read these Terms carefully before participating in any program, making a purchase, or using our services.

2. Services Provided

We offer in-person and virtual music education, vocal coaching, mindset training, and artist development through the following platforms:

My Best Music Academy (MBMA): Private and group lessons in piano, guitar, voice, and other instruments.
My Best Voice (MBV): Vocal performance coaching, online memberships, and self-paced digital programs.
iSing Mastery (ISM): A 12-week bootcamp experience combining vocal training, mindset, and performance preparation.

Each service may include access to Zoom sessions, pre-recorded content, downloadable materials, and private online communities (e.g., Slack, Patreon, GoHighLevel).

3. Enrollment & Payment

Payment is due before lessons or programs begin.
All tuition, coaching packages, and subscriptions are non-refundable.
Payment plans (if offered) must be completed in full, regardless of early withdrawal.
Late payments may result in paused services or additional fees.
We process payments securely through third-party providers such as Stripe, Fanbasis, GoHighLevel, or PayPal.

No Refunds Policy:

Due to the nature of educational and digital services, all sales are final. Make-up lessons or credit may be issued only at the instructor’s discretion.

4. Scheduling & Attendance

Lessons and sessions must be scheduled through our approved systems or by direct contact with your instructor.
Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice to qualify for a make-up lesson (subject to instructor availability).
Missed sessions without proper notice will be forfeited.
Group sessions, workshops, or bootcamp meetings cannot be rescheduled individually.

5. Program Access & Online Conduct

When participating in online platforms (Zoom, Patreon, GoHighLevel, etc.), you agree to:

Keep login credentials private.
Use respectful, positive language in community spaces.
Not share, copy, or distribute training materials, videos, or course content without written consent.

Violation of these rules may result in removal from programs without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All curriculum, course materials, videos, images, recordings, and written content are the intellectual property of My Best Music Academy, My Best Voice, and iSing Mastery.

You may use these materials for personal educational purposes only.

Reproduction, redistribution, or resale without written consent is strictly prohibited.

7. Media Release

By participating in our programs, you grant us permission to use photos, video clips, or recordings of your lessons, performances, or testimonials for promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing.

8. Disclaimers

Results vary depending on each student’s effort, attendance, and practice habits. We make no guarantees of specific performance outcomes or earnings.
Our content may include mindset and confidence exercises, but we do not provide therapy or medical advice.
By enrolling, you acknowledge that singing and performing involve some physical and emotional exertion, and you participate at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in lessons or programs.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for services rendered.

10. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate a student’s or client’s participation at any time for:

Repeated absences or late payments
Disruptive or disrespectful behavior
Violation of intellectual property or conduct policies

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Your information is protected under our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, and secure your data across all platforms and brands.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.

Any disputes will be resolved under Georgia jurisdiction.
