After speaking with Ebony and seeing how caring and knowledgeable she was and taking action to rectify my previous experience, I see that the norm for this company is high quality of consumer education and understanding and an empathy towards customer experience. I'm a male 27yrs old and a current student here and this is a great team to work with. I've done the piano with Lyneeca! and now I'm doing voice lessons with Dabouis (finally made up my mind) and both instructors are great. They're patient and they respect your learning process while also engaging with you as an individual. My experience with Ebony has been amazing. I wanted to expand my vocal range and agility. Initially she tested out my vocal abilities, then went from there. I was able to notice the change in my voice after consistent training. I highly recommend. Very professional as well.
